I will admit I own more tights than one girl ever should, but something in my heart jumps and dances around when I get a new pair to add to the ever growing collection. Floral tights, heart tights, pastel colored tights and even nude tights..but the ones that have stolen my heart as of late? These babies. There is something magical about white tights that I have always loved. And polka dot white tights? Dont even get me started. A new favorite!

Enough about my love affair with tights. Lets talk business. Do you see any ch-ch-ch-chaaaaanges around here? Of course you do! New layout, new header, new look, new Kate..just kidding, I am still the same! ;) About three months ago I was sitting in my room thinking about my blog (as us fashion bloggers do) and thought of ideas for a future new header. I knew I wanted it to be pretty colors, water color, a drawing of me on a couch, lovely pillows....but how on earth was I going to find someone good enough to make my idea come to life? That's when she stepped in. Out of the blue, unplanned, I stumbled upon a gorgeous girl named Valerie's blog and spent a good hour looking at each of her drawings. Examining every single stroke. (Okay, im teasing Valerie..but seriously..I was being picky) I came across a set that she made called 'Postcards' Was it fate? Oh yes friends, it was. I emailed her and basically begged her to bring my far off idea into life on paper. To my suprise she said yes! Ofcourse! And here we have it..the most amazing illustration. Thank you SO much Valerie. Oh, but a new header isnt good without a new blog layout, right? So one girl came to mind. My favorite, the apple of my eye, miss Tieka. Could anyone be more amazing than this girl? I have a lot of respect for anyone who can have patience with me in trying to design a blog. I am seriously brain dead in this area! Its not even all done yet, but you get the jist! What do you think!? Have a wonderful rest of your week lovely ones! xoxo

    i too am kind of obsessed with tights! but those shoes are making me really jealous and i think i need to take a look at the books to buy some new spring shoes!
    the snow has finally mostly all melted here in toronto! hopefully we'll be able to put away our winter long coats and bust out the spring trenches soon!

    I sooooooooo adore this outfit. The softness of the colours & then the wonderful pop of pattern in your tights & shoes. I'm a bit phobic of white tights, but with a lovely pattern like that, I might be tempted to try them out. I am also a tights hoarder!
