Date Day

This weekend flew by, but the best part of it was my date day with Nathan! Oh, how I love it when we dont have an agenda and we can just go out and not worry about being home at a certain time! We had fun frollicking (how good is that word?) through the hills, and taking these photos. Last night we went to see Scott Pilgrim vs The World. Oh, I was smitten! I love that movie. I thought it was so funny and geeky..and genius? Yes. Genius. It doesnt help that I have always loved Michael Cera, but I realized last night that he just plays the same character every movie. I want him to expand, spread his wings, fly! Its time to start playing new roles for that boy.

This week I have a huge amount of things to do so I better get off of my computer. I hope that you all have a great week, and I have a few packages coming (my boyfriend spoils me!) so I cannot wait to show you some of my new things. :) Au Revoir! x

    There are many things to love about this post, but I'll organize it into a neat list:
    1) You love Scott Pilgrim? I LOVE SCOTT PILGRIM! That movie is so epicly epic that I want to watch it again in theaters. :)
    2) How adorable you two are, especially in the last photo.
    3) That pretty dress of yours.

    oooh love that dress! You look so cute in it.

    I loved Scott Pilgrim too - I actually have a Ramona Flowers inspired outfit post coming up in a few days :p I read the graphic novels and was worried that Michael Cera wouldn't do a good job playing Scott - but I think he actually did well! I was around when they were filming the thing and I was so happy to see it all come together nicely.

    I agree about Michael Cera. He's great, but needs a role outside of the geeky, awkward teen. He does play that role super well, at least.

    These photos are unbelievably cute.
    I just saw Scott Pilgrim today and I loved it to.
    I feel like Michael Cera played a Slightly different role in this one....only slightly dif though. I agree that it's genius!

    oh i hope one day i can go on sweet date days like this. where is mr right?! also, you are so right about michael cera. he is a great actor but the films he is in are always the same and he has so much more potential.
