peachy keen
My love for peach has never really expanded much further than my television screen while playing Nintendo, but I have always wanted to attempt to nail this color in an outfit. I wanted it to be perfect. You know, the 'ah ha' moment when you think to yourself 'why did I never think of this before?!" This skirt just arrived in the mail for me from the lovely Toshiiiko and I was finally able to make the girl I always save from the vicious Bowser come to life before my eyes. The perfect staple piece - a peachy, lacy, maxi skirt. Absolute heaven. And are you getting sick of this leather jacket yet? If so, too bad. Its not going anywhere. I live in this puppy day in and day out. Its attached to me at all times...:)
I cant believe its already Wednesday. I love when weeks go by fast. I have spent this week drinking too much vitamin water (seriously, what is with that stuff?!) and laughing too hard with my parents. They are two gems in this world. Have an amazing rest of your week, sweet ones. xo

Ahh, it's such a pretty skirt! It's so girly and just so... peachy! :D And of course, I love when girly things are paired with dangerous/bad-girl type articles like the leather jacket. It's such a great contrast (even though I've never personally tried it out)!
ReplyDeleteI hope you're doing well, Kate! Sorry that Erin and I have been a bit MIA since the quarter resumed, but we'll be getting back on track soon. :)

This is going to be the longest comment ever. Prepare your eyes.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for leaving a sweet comment on my blog. Once in a while, when I return to someone's blog to comment back, I will just read it for hours. This is what happened when I found yours. You seem so cute and fun and I love all your outfits. But then.....
I saw a post about your McDonalds obsession and I screamed at the computer screen. Literally out loud. If you look at my blog, i think I mentioned it somewhere, you will see that I AM ABNORMALLY OBSESSED WITH IT TOO. The reason I'm so excited, is because I have never met another human who uttered the same sentence "I'm obsessed with McDonalds" My boyfriend takes me every weekend so I can get two cheeseburgers, extra pickles and fries. We sit in the same booth every weekend and I giggle and smile the whole time.
I love you forever now! Following. =)
Beautiful pics kate.
