Last night was fun, we had the Passover dinner - then I went over to my friend Katie's house for a sleepover. I love sleepovers. We had so much fun! We brought our matresses out into the living room and set up shop, put on the sandlot, and watched youtube videos (charlie bit my finger about 5 times in a row..I just find that the most hilarious thing I have seen) until we fell asleep. This morning we woke up and watched Brother Bear, and painted our nails..It was just like old times. I dont ever want to grow up! (Do you hear that, Peter Pan?)
Today Katie and I went with our lovely darlings on a picnic. We went to a local park, which is beautiful, and ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches - with apple juice boxes and doritos to top it all off! We even got to use Nathans mums old picnic basket, it felt like the real deal, like in the movies!
Tonight we are all going to a beach to have a bonfire and roast marshmallows, then we have the youth program all day tomorrow. What are you doing this long weekend? Have a great one! x
Wow, that looks like such a fun picnic! I love the photos, especially that last one -- it looks like an old timey postcard, and your man is adorable! I haven't been to a sleepover since I was 14 -- you make me miss them...

This post is so sweet, I can't take it! I'm completely jealous. Nothing in my life has ever been this seemingly carefree and joyous! I do happen to be a big picnic person, though, and you're making me itch for the warm weather that is about to come and allow me to return to the parks and pull out my picnic basket!!
