Last night I layed in bed not being able to sleep. My mind was taken over by crazy things such as the fall of the roman empire, pogo sticks, pokemon cards, dr suess, and extra hot salsa. Whats up with that? Its weird what our mind does sometimes. My brain is one of its own. Do you ever have those nights?
I opened up the local newspaper today and saw myself on a page! I was mortified. Not only is it a huge picture - I look like a cone head because I had a high bun...I also look like a 12 year old boy who hasnt hit puberty yet, perfect!
This week is full of busy madness, so I must get off of here. Have a fantastic day, from one leopard to another. x
The leopard cardigan is adorable!

sorry about the pic in the paper! was it at least for a good reason? well, you look great here! i love that cardigan!! so awesome.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love that leopard cardigan -- I have one really similar to it. Sorry about the unflattering picture, but looking like a 12 year old boy can have its advantages....at least you know you look young! Last summer at the beach, a tourist mistook me for a pubescent Native American boy. I was weirdly flattered :)

Amanda : A Picture of me was taken wearing a shirt that my boyfreind designed for the campaign we are running to promote eye sight for the country of Papua New Guniea! :)

ReplyDeleteDang gurl, you're locally famous now! :D And we all think we look horrendous in public pictures (passports, IDs, etc.); I'm fairly sure I resemble a 12-year old boy, too, haha.

Great cardi! Looking fabs, as always!
ReplyDeleteI have those nights all the time. I dream about really random things too.
ReplyDeleteI have those kind of nights far too often. I've found that writing it all down - nonsense or not - helps me to let it go and get some rest.
ReplyDeleteYou look adorable as usual! xo.
I stay up because I rock myself to sleep, which ironically helps me fall asleep, but then I end up rocking myself too fast and just get myself too excited. And now that I have succeeded in weirding you out... Congrats on getting in the newspaper! I'm sure you don't look like a 12 year old boy, as I'm sure 12 year old boys are not as sassy as you. Lovely blog, I'm glad I stumbled upon it!
ReplyDeleteI love the leopard cardigan! I stay up late every single night thinking of the most random things as well, such as where to get a cardigan like this.
ReplyDeleteSincerely,
Sarah from The Etiquette Cult

♥ vanilla ice cream ♥
you look adorable in that leopard cardigan!! :)
ReplyDeleteSUPER cute.. your hair looks perfect in a braid! but then again, your hair looks perfect all the time. black, full, wavy hair is the absolute best.
ReplyDeleteI had one of those nights just recently, too! when your mind is racing with weird things.. and then you dream funny things! I couldn't sleep til 4am. I was afraid of it happening the next night, so I read a bit beforehand and it put me right to sleep. :) I can never read before bed, but I always try.
Love that cardi! You look adorable, as always.
